Please note that by booking an appointment at Neon Nails, you are agreeing to our salon policies.

Any cancellations or no-shows with less than 4 hours notice are subject to 50% fee of the scheduled service.

If we are unable to contact the client within 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment start time the client will be considered and no-show and may have to forego their appointment.
